Business advising isn't a service agreement, but rather a partnership between the business owner and the advisor with a mutual goal of seeing the business grow and allowing the business owner to have someone who has, "been there and done that," helping talk through and offer insight. Cultivate Advisors is also an entrepreneurial community that offers courses, tools and resources above and beyond the advising relationship.

Andrea offers a free two-hour advising session for any business owner interested in doing a deep dive into their business. This 2-hour session is an audit of the fundamental elements needed for a business to grow and scale and allows business owners to walk away with a high level roadmap. The first step in getting business owners to work on, not in their business!

Successful Women Share the Bumpy Roads to Their Biggest Wins

Andrea's road to success was, in fact, bumpy...having started her business in Cambodia this is true literally and figuratively. Through a rocky marriage, challenges of running an international company and learning how to let go, Andrea has succeeded by looking forward, by seeing the big picture and by allowing the mistakes and challenges to just be road under the tires.

"Everyday now I do what I love. I work with entrepreneurs and business owners, who like me, are bumping down the road to success. I get to hold their hands as they build their legacy. I talk to them about finding a harmony between work and family, that you’re never as important as you think you are and that you need to surround yourself with people who believe in you and support you and make you laugh." - Andrea Ross, Show Your Work

100% of the proceeds from the sale of Show Your Work go to CTX Table of Grace, a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is: to create a loving, nurturing, home-like environment for displaced youth in the Central Texas area, providing shelter and healthy food as well as teaching healthy habits and life skills.

Hi,
I'm Andrea.

Advisor, Speaker, Author

I love working with small businesses and being a partner in their growth. Owning a small business is more than a job, it's a way of life and I love working with entrepreneurs to help them get the life they want! I draw a lot on my past experiences.

I founded the award-winning Southeast Asian tourism company Journeys Within, which grew into a multi-million dollar business and won numerous accolades, including a World Savers awards for our community-based initiatives. In 2018 Journeys Within was acquired by Wild Frontiers and I was kept on to develop their US operations!  After leaving the company I returned to school to study leadership and executive coaching. My passion lies in helping other entrepreneurs define and work for their big-picture goals and I'm not afraid to get into the weeds, develop a growth strategy and then be an accountability partner. I know how scary it can be to run a company and feel like you're in it alone and I'm proud to be an advocate on their adventure. I specialize in customer service, leadership and team joy and outside-the-box marketing, as well as how to incorporate social responsibility and community support into every business model.
